WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER
The Senior Manager Execution Proofreader position will be responsible for reviewing data for content accuracy against instructional documentation, prior to reporting approval and findings to stakeholders for The Nature Conservancy's (TNC) Membership programs across all channels, campaign types, and test designs.
This role implements review processes of audience and strategic segmentation requirements while also being an innovation agent in concepting and implementing new, more efficient ways of working.
The Senior Manager Execution Proofreader provides support to the Audience and Execution functions as well as other Membership staff.
This role collaborates with Marketing Automation Developers, Journey Management, Audience Program Managers, Data Analysts, other Membership functional teams, and TNC departments.
The Senior Manager Execution Proofreader will manage time effectively, organize documents, prioritize deliverables to ensure established timeframes are met, and has attention to detail with regard to the application of strategic instructions.
This position will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of audience types, characteristics, quantities, and contact frequency.
Additional responsibilities will be assigned to support the success of Marketing Automation programs from concept through deployment and continued innovation including solutions and best practices, creating and maintaining documentation, and providing recommendations for quality standards.

As a Senior Manager Execution Proofreader, you will support the quality functions of TNC's Membership Department through proofreading, auditing, and escalating findings.
We're looking for someone with proofreading experience who is comfortable working in a data driven environment. The ideal candidate should have exceptional attention to detail, problem solving skills, and an eye for innovation.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination.
- Experience proofreading business or technical documentation.
- Experience supervising staff, interns, and / or volunteers.
- Experience managing and implementing multiple projects.
- Experience negotiating across a variety of functional stakeholders.
- Experience with current and evolving technology in marketing automation or data management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of process review and development.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION
- Requires travel to in-person events, estimated at up to 8 times per year, as determined by the department lead or manager in support of Membership, functional team, professional development, project, and other work-related activities.

- Work environment involves possible exposure to outdoors or disagreeable elements.
Note : This position is not a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Quality Assurance role.
SALARY INFORMATION
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $73,400 - $108,100 for annual base salary.
This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
