State Licensed Outside Counsel

A company is looking for an Outside Counsel, Global Channels and Professional Services to support its Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Department.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Global Channel and Professional Services organizations in building compliant programs and policies

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and SaaS sales agreements, including various types of partner agreements

Provide commercial guidance and compliance advice on channel and services-related legal issues to sales executives and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Must be admitted and in good standing with the state bar where the position is located

7+ years of relevant experience in a high-growth SaaS environment supporting a channel organization

Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and SaaS global channel partner agreements

Deep understanding of SaaS business models, channels, and global antitrust and competition law

Ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
