NSB has a Training program that you will be enrolled in on your very first day. This training is designed to jump start your career and provide the skills necessary to be successful in the role.
New team members learn about the industry, expectations, specific job skills, and more. Our experienced Training Manager and Management Team provides a variety of classroom instruction, interactive learning, and guidance throughout training.
With a focus on making sure you succeed out of the gates; we provide hands on experience with instructor assistance prior to moving onto individual outbound calls.
