Completes all billing, follow up, and payment processing procedures within the Patient Accounts Department.

Job Essentials :
- Ability to read, comprehend, follow instructions, and perform basic arithmetic calculations in order to bill, follow up and process payments from all Third Party Payers.
- Knowledge of current Federal and State billing regulations
- Interpersonal skills necessary in order to deal effectively with patients and representatives from insurance companies, patients, physicians, etc.
- Demonstrate behaviors which exemplify Standards of Service Excellence.
Education Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate's degree preferred
