Caring Partners seeks a seasoned, mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic fiscal leadership and operational excellence for a dynamic non-profit serving children and families in Morris and Sussex Counties. The CFO will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, ensuring financial sustainability, compliance, and long-term growth while aligning resources to advance the organization’s mission. Key Responsibilities / Duties

The Chief Financial Officer will provide leadership and oversight across all aspects of financial management and operations, including :

• Lead financial strategy, annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning in alignment with the mission and state contract requirements.
• Provide strategic counsel to the CEO and Board on fiscal planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
