HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Regional Director of Sales - TPA to fill an opening with a nationwide leading third-party administrator.
Daily Responsibilities for Regional Director of Sales - TPA :
The role of the Regional Sales Director involves the expansion and upkeep of sales connections with brokers and employer groups.
Additionally, the incumbent collaborates with account management to retain current groups and achieve new business sales targets.
- This position specifically focuses on acquiring new business to support the self-funded medical line of business.
- This is a remote position with some travel expectation.
Required Qualifications for Regional Director of Sales - TPA :
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or 10 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
- Must have 5+ years of sales experience working for a TPA.
- Knowledge and experience of Stop Loss insurance.
- Willingness to obtain Life & Health Insurance License within 90 days.
- Must be results-oriented professional with excellent verbal / written communication skills; uses diplomacy and discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Pay Details :
Base salary between $70K $80K Uncapped commission potential.
