Interim Cardiology Director - Texas
13 week contract, housing and 2 trips home per month paid.
Scope :
Operational oversight and strategic direction for Cardiac Cath Lab, EP Lab, Non-invasive Cardiology services.
Primary Function / General Purpose of Position :
Develop goals and objectives with staff based on analysis of targeted outcome measures of clinical and managerial processes.
Improves operational excellence for patients related to cost, quality, service, and patient outcomes. Participates in business development activities.
Is accountable for overall budget development, monitoring and variance analysis.
Employment Qualifications :
- Registered Nurse OR Bachelors in Health Administration, Science, Public Health, or related field. If a RN, must be a graduate of an accredited program of professional nursing and licensed in the state of Texas.
- Masters degree in related field is preferred.
- Must have previous work experience in a management position that required knowledge of financial management, strategic planning, employee relations, and personnel supervision and practice.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication (written and verbal) are required.
