Provider of professional liability and specialty commercial insurance looking to hire Underwriter to :

Solicit new and renewal submissions from brokers.

Identify risk exposures, special or common hazards, and appropriate controls, and quantify risks based on experience history, forecasting methods, and financial statements and ratios.

Negotiate coverage terms and conditions to achieve bottom line profitability for the Company while meeting customer needs.

Analyze claims and quantify losses.

Document the underwriting files.

Desired Experience : Bachelor’s degree.

2+ years of medical malpractice underwriting.
