Jefe de Cocina Responsabilidades :

Cumplir con todos los plazos corporativos en lo que respecta a la hora de la comida, facturas, nóminas y EOM.

Medir continuamente los niveles de satisfacción de los clientes a través de comentarios, de modo que cualquier problema se resuelva de inmediato.

Identificar y preparar al personal del siguiente nivel para que crezca con la empresa. Desarrollar trayectorias profesionales que incluyan programas y plazos de formación.

Compra los niveles de inventario de la cafetería y el servicio de catering.

Gestionar la señalización y aplicar las promociones de Quest y los planes de marketing que se ponen en marcha cada mes.
