Role Overview :

  • We’re looking for ex-founders, performance marketers, and content creators who want to start a company in the future—you’d be a great fit for this role.
  • It’s a highly autonomous position with little handholding, where you set the direction and define your own day-to-day to drive GMV.
  • You will own the client end to end.

    • What You’ll Do :

  • At Spotlight Media, there’s no rigid playbook—we do whatever it takes to help our brands succeed.
  • As an Account Manager, you’ll own the client relationship end to end and drive growth through hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving.

    • Your responsibilities will include :

  • TikTok Shop Management Lead product selection and positioning.
  • Build and manage client P&Ls to track performance and profitability.
  • Creator Management Align sampling goals with brand objectives and quickly pivot strategies when we’re off track.
  • Audit creator partnerships to identify top performers and refine outreach.
  • Community & Campaign Management Develop and execute marketing calendars for creator communities.
  • Launch and manage competitions or challenges to engage creators and drive volume.
  • Advertising & Growth Strategy Evaluate when to deploy creative boosts or Spark Ads to maximize GMV.
  • Identify and double down on unique “alphas” (winning strategies, creators, or campaigns) that differentiate a brand and unlock scale.
