Supervisor, Project Management (Non-Technical)

What does a great Supervisor of Project Management do?

As a Supervisor of Project Management, you will play a meaningful role in the support of our tokenization services to new and existing clients.

You will have the opportunity to ensure that overall team performance meets or exceeds company goals and objectives. You will manage the performance and on-going development of direct reports through timely coaching, positive enforcement, and honest direct feedback.

You will manage the day-to-day operations of the tokenization team with high engagement and positive mental attitude. You will manage projects while prioritizing projects, issues, and tasks.

You will have a keen sense of accountability and follow through, effective critical thinking skills as well as a commitment to positive solutions and the client experience.

What you will do :

  • Ensure that overall individual and team performance meets or exceeds company goals and objectives.
  • Manage the performance and on-going development of direct reports through timely coaching, positive reinforcement, and direct feedback.
  • Provide day to day leadership for direct reports and organization. Responsible for leading, mentoring, and training Implementation teams.
  • Responsible for reviewing, maintaining, creating, and updating department procedural manuals as necessary to meet the everyday business requirements.
  • Maintain, create, and update our Service Point workflows.
  • Perform daily data entry and maintenance of departmental metrics.
  • Complete special projects and assignments as required.
  • Ensure implementation issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved on time.

What you need to have :

  • Three or more years of experience working in the EFT processing / financial industry in a project management role.
  • Two or more years of leadership experience
  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • One or more years of experience acting as a team lead or supervisor.
  • Ability to provide after-hours support for client implementations.
  • One or more years of experience utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

What would be great to have :

  • Debit card experience.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Understanding of consumer payments, mobile wallets, and electronic payment products.
  • Client services or relationship management experience.
  • Implementations experience.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
