We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional receptionist with a background in chiropractic, medical, or dental to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization.
Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, answering questions regarding insurance, scheduling patients, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations.

Compensation : $12 - $14 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
- Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information
- Plan for company trips and outings and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a success
- Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions
- Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
Qualifications :
- At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
- Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
