Job Title : Construction EstimatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates by calculating various statistical data such as quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per man-hour, and equipment costs.
This role involves defining and quantifying the scope of work and preparing comprehensive conceptual, budgetary, and construction cost estimates for projects.
Additionally, the candidate will review and research historical data to compile summary reports, developing guidelines and precedents for future estimates.
