Job Description
- Complete maintenance work orders for large apartment complexes
- Troubleshoot residential plumbing issues
- Perform HVAC work including compressors, filters, and refrigerant
- Troubleshoot and install residential electrical systems
- Handle paint, drywall, and lighting fixtures
Hard Skills
- Residential plumbing troubleshooting
