Job Title : Facilities Maintenance Technician, Pay : $20 / hr. - $23 / hr.
Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role is available for long-term commitment on 2nd shift (3pm-11 : 30pm Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat) and 3rd shift (11pm-7 : 30am Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat).
Responsibilities include performing general facilities maintenance preventive measures and service calls. Tasks involve project-based work such as setting up and tearing down Christmas lights and decorations, a multi-month process.
HVAC tasks are managed by a contractor.
Hard Skills
- General facilities maintenance experience (commercial, industrial, or residential)
- Plumbing (sinks, drains, faucets, toilets, urinals, piping)
- Electrical (security systems, alarm systems, outlets, sockets, lights)
- Groundskeeping (trash and landscape pick up)
- Light carpentry (doors, locks)
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Columbus, Ohio.
Work Environment
The role involves working in the common areas such as halls, entrances, bathrooms, and outdoor area.
