We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager / Supervisor in North Charleston, South Carolina. The role involves overseeing accounting functions, utilizing various accounting software systems, and managing both accounts payable and receivable.
As part of a dynamic team, you will also be responsible for conducting audits and overseeing billing functions.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the execution of comprehensive accounting functions.
- Utilize various accounting software systems for efficient financial management.
- Manage the processing of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing.
- Implement and maintain BlackLine system for efficient financial close management.
- Use Concur for streamlined expense management.
- Apply ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for integrated business process management.
- Ensure all financial operations align with the current financial legislation and policies.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Familiarity with BlackLine software
- Proficient with Concur software
- Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning software
- Ability to carry out Accounting Functions accurately
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) procedures
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures
- Experience in Auditing
- Proficient in Billing Functions
