Responsibilities
- Make sound recommendations on functional and technical improvements to the product and manage and complete customer tickets related to the product.
- Provide effective product support as needed.
- Provide input for training and / or documentation materials regarding the latest technical and functional design changes and processes used within the product.
- Attend meetings, complete customer service ticket requests, submit weekly reports, and respond to emails and phone calls.
- Create documentation as needed, assist in testing, and be part of the Customer Engagement team.
- Report to the Customer Engagement Specialist.
Qualifications
High School Diploma is required.2 years of Help Desk experience.2 years of Customer Service experience.Details
