Data Entry Specialist - Billing
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our manufacturing client
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems while ensuring data integrity.
This role involves high volume data entry of billing information, customer specific accounting information and delivering great customer service
Responsibilities :
- Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
- Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure records are up-to-date and organized.
- Identify and correct any data discrepancies or errors.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to support data-related tasks and projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a data entry specialist, clerk, or similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Work Model :
- Eden Prairie Minnesota
- Hybrid work model, 3 days in office required per week
- Standard business hours
Compensation :
$52,000 - $60,000 based on years' experience
