Qualifications
- Basic
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with IT.
- Preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design.
- At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
- Strong coordination, communication & reporting, leadership skills and ability to work in a multiple / diverse stakeholder environment.
- Experience in Agile methodology and knowledge of quality processes with experience on test management tools like Quality Center, JIRA.
- Experience in tracking and reporting activities including test results, test case coverage, defect discovered and their status.
- Experience working in SQL, ORACLE, UNIX and basic ETL skills with understanding of financial domain / Capital Markets / Investment Management business requirements.
