Mama's on the Half Shell in Baltimore MD is looking to hire a full-time Restaurant General Manager to oversee two locations, both on the same block.

ABOUT MAMA'S ON THE HALF SHELL
In 2003, our opening day was the realization of five years of dreaming, discussing, and collecting. It is our hope that when our customers are with us, they feel welcomed into our home with open arms.
There really is no average age at Mama's on the Half Shell, making our restaurant a true destination for great food and celebration.
As native "Baltimoreans," we felt Baltimore needed a thoughtful, classic seafood restaurant. Our menu is important, but we also want our guests to come in and feel comfortable for any occasion, be it a business meeting, Sunday football, a birthday, an anniversary, or just some time out.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
As a Restaurant General Manager, you take the reins of our two locations and lead your team to success! Highly motivated to excel, you implement effective procedures that optimize our business and ensure our goals are met.
You serve as a strong leader for your team and offer suggestions for improvement whenever you see fit. Always calm and professional, you expertly handle disgruntled customers.
You take great pride in successfully running our seafood establishment and maintaining the fun atmosphere that brings our guests back again and again!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
3+ years of related experience
Do you know the ins and outs of the restaurant business? Are you a skilled leader who can inspire others to do their best?
Do you have great communication and customer service skills? Are you highly organized and efficient? If yes, you might just be perfect for this food service management position!
WORK SCHEDULE
This position works a combination of day and night shifts amounting to 50+ hours per week . Two days off a week are guaranteed .
