Responsibilities

  • Implement and uphold dataernance frameworks and policies to manage internalmercial data assets effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT and various business units to align data management strategies with organizational objectives and ensurepliance with industry regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of internal data, resolving discrepancies and ensuring data integrity across all systems.
  • Manage metadata for internal datasets, ensuring clear documentation and understanding of data sources, uses, and interdependencies.
  • Facilitate controlled access to data according to organizational needs andpliance standards.
  • Support departments in utilizing data effectively for strategic decision-making, including marketing, sales, finance, and client relationship management.
  • Lead initiatives for data cleaning, migration, and integration to enhance system interoperability and efficiency.
  • Develop and conduct training programs to promote dataernance best practices among staff.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science,puter Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data management orernance, ideally within the financial services or related sector.
  • In-depth understanding of CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and other business intelligence tools.
  • Proficient in data quality tools, SQL, and database management.
  • Demonstrated experience in dataernance, including setting policies and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manageplex data integration projects.
  • Strong interpersonal andmunication skills, capable of working collaboratively across departmental lines.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Professional certification in Data Management useful but not required.
  • Experience with financial data systems and their specificpliance requirements.

pensation / Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates) :

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $135,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to basepensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
