HRIS Analyst

Shutterstock, Inc. seeks a HRIS Analyst in New York, NY to serve as primary lead responsible for providing timely resolution to daily Workday inquiries across Gmail, Slack and JIRA applications.

Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience developing dashboards, business process flows, notifications / alerts and integrations

• within the Workday Cloud platform; working with modules including Absence, Advanced Compensation, Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting, Report Writing, Talent and Time Tracking as part of the end-to-end configuration process;
• building Workday end-to-end functionality through requirements gathering, designing configurations, testing, implementing improvements, and troubleshooting;
• providing timely and consistent resolution to Tier 1 Workday inquiries across Google, Slack and JIRA applications; creating and maintaining general use catalog of Workday HCM documentation including guides for HR, Stakeholders, and end users;

and in executing duties, utilizing Excel to conduct data analysis and project management to lead end-to-end implementation of projects.

Telecommuting and / or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Salary Range : $108,000 - $139,000 / year. NO CALLS PLEASE.
