Title : Workday Systems Administrator
Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL
Duration : Contract
Compensation : $55 - 60 per hour
Work Requirements : US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
2 -5 Years of Workday Support Experience in Core HCM. Experience with Security, Recruiting, Compensation, and Payroll a plus
Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad)
System post-implementation experience a plus
Ability to clearly articulate messages with all levels in the organization, including breaking down complex topics for target audience
Ability to understand business priorities and align technology opportunities
Project planning, management, risk monitoring and mitigation
Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
Demonstrate high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
Workday trained and certified
