Multimedia Designer

Your role

To support the CFO and business managers ensuring the integrity of FLEETCOR finances through proper management control, reporting and analysis.

Produce timely and accurate financial reporting over the FLEETCOR brands.

What you'll be doing

Maintain financial controls and robust control processes at all times. Compliance with statutory requirements and applicable accounting standards (IAS and UK GAAP) where appropriate.

Ensure that any potential risks and business exposures are pro-actively managed and escalated accordingly.

Lead the Commercial Finance team in ensuring professional customer service, dealing with colleagues, external partners and customers.

Provide leadership and management to direct reports to facilitate achievement of business goal. Demonstrate positive behaviours and values to the wider team.

Effectively interface with all internal departments to secure buy-in to and achievement of business objectives.

Pro-actively identify policy and process improvements and liaise with internal and external third parties as required to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities and deliverables across all UK sites include, but are not limited to :

• Revenue budgeting and reporting
• Centre of excellence for all revenue & margin related analysis - customers, segments, lines of business
• Reporting of sales activity and related commission requirements
• Expense budgeting and reporting
• Liaison with all internal departments on budgeting including relevant US contacts.
• Business initiative project work as and when required

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the advocate for all digital content being produced in the UK and all of our regional markets, which includes : Identify, plan and create all video content, ranging from how-to-videos, product walk throughs, announcements, launches, interviews and animationsPhotographySocial Media Content
• Provide static design support where needed on a variety of different tasks from signage to printed materials and events.
• Oversee the management of our Digital Asset Management tool (Brandbox)
• Ensure PayByPhone’s Visual Identity and Tone of Voice should be echoed across all content.
• Create branded attention-grabbing highly engaging content for social, mobile and digital platforms. Ensuring the business thrives and online customers have an exceptional experience of the brand.
• Support the marketing team to ensure all digital assets are delivered in a timely manner in line with the marketing objectives and campaign calendars.
• Work with the Global Marketing team and stakeholders across the business to ensure all activity is supported with beautiful and relevant content.
