Our team is focused on wellness, disease prevention and education while providing medical, laboratory, pharmaceutical and dental services.The health center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing affordable high quality health and dental care to the residents of our area. We offer a sliding fee scale based on income and family size for the uninsured and also accept Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance.
