This position is responsible for the day to day management of residents living in the community, ensuring that all applicable regulations and policies are followed and that resident needs are met.
In partnership with the RN (who provides clinical supervision and oversight of residents and other licensed staff) the RSC focuses on the day to day management of the paraprofessional staff and the provision of personal care in the community.
An important member of the Heritage House team, the Resident Services Coordinator participates on the Administrative Council.

Required Qualifications :
- Upon hire : Nurse Delegation certificate
- Upon hire : Modified Fundamentals of Care Certificate
- Upon hire : Caregiver Specialty Dementia and Mental Health Certificate
- Five (5) years successful work with older adults in residential settings (Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Facility or Home Health)
- Experience managing professional / non-professional staff
- Community and facility based experience
