Job Description
- Apply business process modeling skills and experience to document process solutions for Privacy Risk Assessment.
- Conduct process discovery by gathering and analyzing information from a variety of sources (SMEs, documentation, and technical) to map and create business process models within a process modeling methodology framework, applying specified Visio templates.
- Using modeling, simulation, and evaluation identify the gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement within the processes.
- Define the requirements, specifications, and criteria for process solutions, and document the requirements for validation and verification of the outcomes and benefits of solutions.

- Roles are used to decide who is responsible for performing the work that is performed within the business processes
- Persona based workflows (with swimlanes or other flow elements)
- Process mapping to delineate flows or sub-processes according to the logical category they fit in

Required Skills :
- Facilitation Skills must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders and gather information
- Process Mapping- Able to translate discussion into process flows and process documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and abstraction reasoning skills, as well as problem solving ability
- Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, techniques, and methods, including process mapping / modeling
- Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Ability to facilitate teams toward a common vision or goal.
- Advanced skill level with Microsoft Visio
Optional Skills :
- 3+ years of experience in process management systems
- Experience as business analyst or business / systems architect
- Expertise writing technical documentation
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Previous experience with the privacy risk domain is a plus
