Responsibilities :
- Provides nursing leadership for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care and safety in assigned areas of responsibility.
- Collaborates with physicians and other departments to coordinate the needs of patients and their families.
- Manages resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Supports the mission and vision of the facility, division and company.
- Assures quality care through the initiation and evaluation of patient care utilizing performance improvement process.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and / or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
- American Heart Association BCLS and ACLS is required and maintained.
- Neonate Resuscitate required and maintained.
- Three (3) years current clinical nursing experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience and 2 years of LDRP / NICU staff nurse experience
Salary Estimate : $85,000 - $120,000
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 Paid on First Paycheck
