Lead Generation Specialist

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST
Your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM EST.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will conduct outbound cold calls and emails to prospective clients using a provided script.
Your role will involve engaging prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify them as potential leads.
Additionally, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate records of calls in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
This position offers a unique opportunity to hone your communication and sales skills while contributing to the company's growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads in the healthcare industry.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to work independently and effectively overcome objections and handle rejection
Additional education or training in sales or marketing would be a plus!
