DEN Solution Architect

Within our Corporate Information Technology team located in Denver Leprino is seeking a n Solution Architect to move our organization to even larger level of dairy ingredient and nutrition growth! At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $ 114,000 and $ 40,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10% .

• Design and maintain robust Windows and Linux systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Lead cloud migration projects, integrating systems seamlessly with minimal disruption.
• Implement and oversee security measures for systems and storage, ensuring data integrity and protection.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring technical readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver tailored solutions that meet business needs.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Provide training and support to end users, enhancing productivity and system utilization.
• Manage financial aspects of system maintenance, ensuring cost-effective solutions and vendor compliance.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Document and update system architecture and policies, ensuring transparency and consistency.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications) :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in systems and storage management, including cloud technologies.
• Proven expertise in Windows, Linux, and VMware platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise storage and backup technologies.
• The ability to work a weekly 3 / 2 (office / home) hybrid schedule.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications) :

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, SuSE Linux, or related technologies.
• Experience with Pure Storage and Rubrik backup appliances.
