Buffalo Prairie Care Center is actively seeking a Part Time or PRN Speech language Pathologist to work in their Skilled Nursing Facility in Buffalo, MO.

Duties Include :
- Evaluate Residents conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits
- Help Residents in their goals to improve Cognition or Swallowing
- Education for Residents and Caregivers
- Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
- Maintain Resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
- Contributes to team effort
