• First Shift : Monday - Friday 6 : 00am-2 : 30 pm

Objective :

Manufacture parts and components for hand-held surgical instruments by programming, setting up, and operating sophisticated and complicated CNC metal machining equipment, specifically Citizen lathes or comparable equipment.

Responsibilities :

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years experience at Journeyman level.

Expert in G & M codes.

Multi Axis tool setups.

Manual machining of metal.

Experience

programming, setting up, and operating sophisticated / complicated and less complicated CNC metal machining experience including citizen lathes or equivalent equipment.

Familiarity with Tsugami and Citizen Swiss CNC machines with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls

Excellent manual dexterity.

Ability to visualize shapes.

Ability to follow verbal and written manufacturing procedures.

Experiencing reading

blueprints.
