Summary :

The Office Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of our office environment. Our client is a growing small Construction company.

You will play a key role in implementing company policies and procedures and ensuring the smooth running of all administrative functions.

This is a Part-Time position. 2-3 days a week. Client is very flexible and willing to work with selected candidates schedule.

Responsibilities :

  • Organize and implement office procedures, including filing and digital documents
  • Experience with excel, QuickBooks and Microsoft Word
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering, maintaining inventory, and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Develop and implement systems to improve workflow and productivity within the office.
  • Schedule and manage office meetings and events.
  • Handle all new hire onboarding paperwork
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an office environment.
  • Strong construction background or terminology is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
