Job Summary
Are you an experienced Bridge Project Manager with a passion for rail and transit infrastructure? TYLin, a globally recognized leader in engineering and infrastructure consulting, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Chicago Bridge Engineering team.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
What You'll Do :
- Lead and manage rail and transit projects from proposal to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with our Rail and Transit Sector, providing technical leadership in the planning, design, and construction management of significant transportation projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, preparing winning proposals, and contributing to the growth of our transportation portfolio.
- Supervise and mentor technical staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
What We're Looking For :
- A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Master's preferred) from an EAC / ABET-accredited program.
- An Illinois SE license is required.
- At least 10 years of structural design experience in bridges, with a minimum of 2 years in Rail + Transit related structures.
- Proven project management experience, with a track record of delivering successful projects and developing strong client relationships.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a client-focused approach and a commitment to innovation and integrity.
- A team player who thrives in a diverse and inclusive environment, working towards technical excellence.
