Responsibilities
The Project Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Deputy General Counsel within the Office of General Counsel, Legal Affairs.
This position will assist in coordinating a wide range of activities, including budget, financial, and procurement activities, and will be a point person and liaison for office operations and workflow coordination.
Additionally, the incumbent will supervise and guide staff members to ensure efficient and effective workflow operations across the office.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of experience providing project coordination / support and / or operations coordination / support;
OR an Associate's degree in a related field and four years of such experience; OR six years of such experience. A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling sensitive confidential matters and managing complex issues and interactions. Knowledge and experience with grants and / or financial and / or human resources systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Identity manager (FIM), OneDrive, and SharePoint, as well as Adobe Pro and Visio.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
