Job Description
- Manage multiple multifamily projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring that all projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all project deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure accurate project cost estimates and bids.
- Communicate regularly with clients, project teams, and senior management to provide updates on project progress and any issues that arise.
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Identify and manage project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure that all project work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing large multifamily projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Proven experience in managing project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and project management software.
