Job Description

  • Manage multiple multifamily projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring that all projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage project teams, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all project deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure accurate project cost estimates and bids.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, project teams, and senior management to provide updates on project progress and any issues that arise.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Identify and manage project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure that all project work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing large multifamily projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Proven experience in managing project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and project management software.
