As a Program Manager I - Catalyst Organizational Engagement , you will work independently, in collaboration with the Learning and Engagement team of the Kern National Network for Flourishing in Medicine (KNN) and under the direction of the Initiative Program Director to manage the activities of organizational engagement using the KNN Framework for Flourishing.

Manage the Organization experiences to achieve established goals and objectives through effective planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating of project tasks.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the functions of KNN Catalyst Organization Engagement experiences for MCW using the KNN Framework for Flourishing by aligning to project vision, developing implementation plans, deploying project management techniques and supporting MCW with effective communication and facilitation skills.
  • Manage project planning processes as it relates to implementing KNN Catalyst Organization Engagement experiences for MCW.
  • Maintain project timeline including tracking deadlines and requirements for program deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project budget, handle contracting and financial processing for project activities working with KNN Finance and MCW.
  • Develop and manage the unique experience and timelines for MCW as it relates to their KNN Catalyst Organization Engagement and communicate with MCW contacts and teams.
  • Work with program staff within the KNN Learning and Engagement area and across the KNN Program Office.
  • Schedule people and material resources, specifically : educational workshops on the KNN Framework for Flourishing, follow up meetings with MCW areas / teams looking to implement the KNN Framework in their daily activities, meetings and experiences for the Catalyst Champions and more as needs arise.
  • Take a relational approach to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the development of project materials including educational materials, presentations, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports maintaining consistency with initiative branding and language guidelines.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs, scope and requirements.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of program data; contribute to the reporting of program data and project progress.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
  • Participate in the development, utilization and review of planning materials including programmatic materials and reports.
  • Create and oversee effective communication plans that address all aspects of the engagement experiences and target appropriate audiences;

independently answer inquiries about activities and procedures.

  • Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events. Plan and facilitate meetings with Catalyst Organization Champions.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental, regulatory and institutional policies.
  • Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession or area of research.

Preferred Schedule :

Hybrid, 40% Virtual, 60% On-Site Milwaukee Campus; Preferred Hours : Mon-Friday 8 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m.

Position Requirements :

Minimum Qualifications :

Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.

Minimum education : Bachelor's Degree

Minimum experience : 6 years

Preferred Qualifications :

Preferred Education : Master's Degree

Preferred Experience : Project management experience
