Candidate Profile :
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman, specializing in residential townhome design.
Proficiency in Revit is required, and on-site field experience or a background in civil and commercial design is a plus.
We value creativity, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities :
As Architectural Plans Manager, your primary role will be to create Conceptual Plans for new townhomes and single-family communities.
Given the fast-paced nature of our business, producing high-quality concept plans efficiently is essential. With a growing number of projects in our pipeline, we are expanding our team to focus on this critical function.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop functional and efficient unit plans.
- Generate visually appealing elevations and 3D images using Revit.
- Collaborate with clients and civil designers to create concept plans that align with project size, form, and function.
- Produce plan sets for municipal zoning and design review submissions.
- Maintain an organized Plan Catalogue.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Work closely with contracted architects and engineers to ensure construction drawings are thorough and complete.
- Draft construction details to support field staff during vertical construction.
- Track and assist with permitting revisions to ensure timely project approvals.
- Implement prototype revisions by tracking redlines on new products.
- Review construction plans to ensure quality standards are met before being released to the field.
