Our Contract Handler Administrator will provide administrative / contracts management support to the Branch General Managers and Sales & Operations Management teams within the Southwest zone.

As an integral part of our team, you will be handling customer contracts with additional requirements to support sales and sales administrative functions as determined by local management.

As a Contract Handler Administrator, you will :

  • Review customer contracts, route to senior management for approval and signatures
  • Customer contact for contract issues, discrepancy discussions, and contract finalization
  • Follow up on LOIs (Letter of Intent) and action-required contracts
  • Create and process addendums for the contracts that have red-line items
  • Process fully executed contract
  • Provide assistance to the sales team
  • Ability to occasionally work extended hours during end of month

You will make an impact with these qualifications :

Basic Qualifications :

  • High School degree or state-recognized GED
  • 6 months or more of administrative support
  • Must be proficient in utilizing and mastering various Software Systems including : Customer Relationship Management Systems, Microsoft Office Suite-Tools and Systems (Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must possess demonstrated good verbal and writing skills
  • Must be able to work as a team
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience supporting a sales or branch team
  • Experience with COI (Certificate of Insurance) and OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program) / CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) branch management

The pay range for this position is $41650 - $71400 / year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
