Job Description and Duties
Under the direction of the Deputy District Director of Maintenance, a Pr. Trans Engr., the incumbent is responsible for implementing, evaluating, and sustaining major programs and maintenance policy in the District 10 Valley Region (located in Stockton and comprised of : San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Merced, and parts of Mariposa counties).
The incumbent will advise and consult with top-level district and statewide management, propose new programs, directions, or legislation as appropriate.

Working Conditions
Positions located in Stockton, San Joaquin County.
While at the base of operation, the manager will work in a climate-controlled office under artificial light. However, due to periodic problems with region concerns, work outside in cold and heat extremes may be required.
New toState candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification orminimum of alternate range when applicable.
Special Requirements
The position(s) require(s) a valid California Drivers License (CDL). You must answer the questions addressing your CDL on your application.
