- Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and quality control.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to electrical and control systems.
- Project management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly.
Education, Experience, and Licenses :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 10+ years of related experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
