Administrative Specialist
A successful luxury jewelry company has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Specialist to facilitate complex administrative processes.
The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, enjoy working in a professional setting, and be a team player!
Salary + Additional Benefits :
- $50,000-$60,000

Location : Metairie, LA On-Site
Type of Position : Direct hire
Responsibilities :
- As part of the administrative team, ensure process and procedure flow
- Facilitate supply purchasing, merchandise Processes, Payroll and HR support functions
- Must multitask and be comfortable working with high end clientele in a fast-paced environment.
- Support & interact with the sales team, service team, department managers and executive team
- Interact with clients via phone and online inquiries, problem solving and provide a luxury experience in all customer interactions, internal and external.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of office or administrative experience within a professional setting
- Luxury retail or fine jewelry experience strongly preferred
- Knowledgeable and comfortable working with Microsoft Office & Windows.
- General knowledge in working with PC, Phone Systems, Printers
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work within a team environment
- Assist with various operational and administrative projects and processes
- Must be able to work in office Tuesday-Saturday 9 : 00AM -6 : 30PM
