- Location : In-office position in West Palm Beach, FL.
- Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, with some travel and some nights and weekends as necessary.
- Compensation : Salary posted is an average first-year base + bonus earnings. There is enormous growth potential for subsequent years as this is a job where efforts compound over time.

Responsibilities
- Build and run cadence for team meetings, including structuring and helping to deliver company-wide communication.
- Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility.
- Proactively protects the CEO’s time to ensure her calendar is aligned with the priorities of the organization.
- Is a skilled Manager and provides actionable recommendations for improvement when goals are not being achieved to determine why objectives are not being met.
- Responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports.

Compensation
$95,000 - $115,000 yearly.
