Advantage Contractor Solutions is currently seeking qualified HVAC Sheet Metal Installers . We have been providing new residential home builders HVAC equipment, ductwork, and services for the past 9 years.
We are very proud of our client list, which includes many of the prestigious top-quality home builders such as DR Horton, Pulte Homes, Lennar, Toll Brothers, and Shodeen! Our installations total OVER 10,000 homes in suburban Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin.

Pay Range : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours : 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm, Monday through Friday; occasional overtime may be required

Requirements :
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Minimum 2 years of experience in rough / sheet metal / duct / layout areas of both heating and air conditioning
- Must have strong residential experience, we're working with top-quality home builders!
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must have your own hand tools
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
Responsibilities :
- Installing residential duct systems
- Assisting with ductwork routing and installation solutions
- Maintain site cleanliness and safety
- Other duties as assigned
