Our Award Winning Client seeks a Utility Operator Trainee to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time onsite position with paid relocation available, supporting our client's national operations.

In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to perform various tasks crucial to the specialty film production process.

Major Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Operators to ensure seamless operation of production lines.
- Assist with startup, operation, cleaning, and shutdown of processing equipment.
- Safely operate fork trucks and execute battery changes.
- Manage packaging supplies, including cutting and supplying materials.
- Handle scrap and process rework materials efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of processes, product information, testing samples, and complete order paperwork.
Required Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to work shifts; positions available for both day (7am-7pm) and night (7pm-7am) shifts.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs routinely, climb stairs, lift and pull 10 lbs in the overhead position, work in ambient room temperatures up to 100 degrees, and operate safely around hot surfaces and rotating equipment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous knowledge of the film / sheet extrusion process is advantageous.
- 1-2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Candidate Must Have :
High school diploma or GED.
