Fiberglass Machine Operator (Day Shift)

JOB DESCRIPTION

NOV is currently hiring a day shift Fiberglass Machine Operator! The Machine Operator manufactures high quality pipe according to manufacturing specification sheets in an efficient manner while maintaining all Quality and Safety measures.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
• Utilize safe work habits
• Wear appropriate PPE
• Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures
• Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
• Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Three years of verifiable work history

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
• Standing up to 12 hours daily
• Walking up to 12 hours daily
• Bending / Stooping up to 12 hours daily
• Repetitive Movement (shoveling / sweeping / fastening) up to 12 hours daily
• Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly
• Push / Pull up to 12 hours daily

• Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required

• Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations
