Position : Quality Control Inspector Salary : $18.20 / Hour

Job Overview

Trace Inc. is a Military Contractor and has been in business since 1993. We are currently located on 19 different Military Bases throughout the nation.

Trace is excited to announce that our company is growing. Our Military Commissary Contracts are expanding and we looking to hire a Full Time Quality Control Inspector to join our team.

We are looking to hire an individual to inspect and document the quality of Stocker and Custodian performance out at Fairchild Commissary.

This is a full time position. The schedule is 5 days / week. The shift is 6 : 30PM until 2 : 30AM Note : These times and days may change based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect Nightly Stocking and Custodian performance to ensure the quality of output is in alignment with standards in the Performance Work Summary.
  • Document and communicate the results of inspections.
  • Identify problem areas and provide suggestions for corrective actions.
  • Interface with Project Manager, Regional Director and VP to ensure any quality deficiency is corrected.
  • Monitor and document, all external activity that negatively affects Trace’s employee’s ability to meet and exceed quality and production standards.
  • Manage and monitor the product Best by Date system BEEP.
  • Manage and enter site data into employee attendance tracking software, Time Keeper and Time-Trex.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong reading and comprehension.
  • Must have ability to clearly communicate issues both verbally and written, via email.
  • Proficient in computer word processing and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong regard for quality assurance.
  • Experience in Grocery and or Retail.
  • Excellent documenting and reporting skills.
  • Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have excellent Time Management skills.
