Bilingual (English / Spanish) Customer Service Associate
National distributor of commercial interior décor products in business for over 30 years seeks Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join their team.
Experience with construction or working with contractors, flooring, countertop, cabinet installation knowledge and service experience would be very helpful.
Our chosen Bilingual Customer Service candidate must possess clear and effective communication skills in both English and Spanish, quickly learn new product information and able to :
- Receive inbound calls by phone, fax, email and in person at the showroom
- Enter orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Possess a general understanding of inventory, pulling product out and entering into the system
- Process sales orders, returns, credits and quotes
- Display a working knowledge of MS Outlook for email and e-fax communication
- Learn Microsoft-based proprietary order, return and quote database
- Demonstrate excellent math skills including converting feet to inches (division skills are also used on a daily basis)
- Arrive ready to work on time every day and work hours of operation, M-F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with occasional overtime
