Position Overview

The Production Project Manager at Webstacks plays a critical role in ensuring that our projects are staffed with the right talent at the right time to meet our ambitious goals.

You will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of resource management across all accounts and projects, balancing workload to maximize efficiency and project success while fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Type of Work : Full-time
  • Location : United States (ideally in San Diego, California!)
  • Salary : $70,000 - $90,000

High-Level Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and refine resource allocation processes to ensure optimal staffing across all projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, department leads, and senior management to forecast resource needs and identify staffing requirements.
  • Manage the resource scheduling process, ensuring a balance between maximizing billable hours and maintaining high employee satisfaction.
  • Analyze project success, resource utilization, and workload trends to inform strategic decision-making and process improvements.
  • Serve as a bridge between the HR / recruitment team and project teams to guide hiring priorities based on current and future resource needs.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential resource conflicts or shortages, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are unaffected.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to improve efficiency, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the company.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in resource planning or project management, preferably in a digital or web agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and software.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building cross-functional partnerships to drive project success.
