To collaborate, organize and lead the contract development process and strategy, in partnership with marketing and sales, for Gilbarco’s major strategic accounts and key customers.

Position will interface between marketing, sales, legal and finance to develop and implement negotiated contract strategy, including deal terms, product, pricing, and legal requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesInteract with sales and marketing to collaborate, develop, and implement key account agreements.Work with sales and marketing teams to and provide contract support as required.

Work with marketing to determine which products to include in various contracts.Establish appropriate price corridors for contractual agreements, including ability to adjust price in subsequent years as needed.

Coordinate financial review of accounts as part of contractual negotiations.Design, implement and update formalized contract process for all parties, including roles and responsibilities.

Escalate and resolve contract issues, coordinating discussions among involved parties and monitoring contractual obligations.

Develop standard system and implement standard process to maintain contract price sheets for key accounts.Notify field of upcoming contract expirations and assist in developing contractual agreements.

Partner with legal to include updated contractual clauses as appropriate and maintain legal Rolling Action Item List (RAIL) for visibility of all ongoing work.

Coordinate approval of all contract terms through established delegation of authority.Work with quote cell to review and update pricing for key accounts as determined by leadership.

Maintain contract database, with contract summaries, amendments, RAIL, and contract obligations.Work with marketing team to identify contract requirements for new products which may include SAAS and Rental programs and support the development of the commercial contracts as required.

Develop tools and techniques for identifying and tracking non-compliant customer contracts.Identify improvements to existing technology tools that can assist with effective contract management.

Provide regular reports and KPIs to the business on contract strategy, including upcoming contract negotiation schedules, status checks and contract compliance.

Other duties as assigned by manager.· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.· Prior contract management experience and knowledge of standard legal contract language preferred.

  • Experience with Ironclad and / or SharePoint is a plus.· 4+ years of work experience preferably in contracts, pricing, marketing or finance function.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional role.· Strong analytical skills.· Knowledge of pricing principals and techniques.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.· Strong organizational and project management skills and the capability to manage several projects at the same time.
  • Flexible, able to manage time and priorities in dynamic business environment with changing priorities.· Detail orientated and deadline sensitive.
  • Demonstrates integrity and confidentiality.The base compensation range for this position is $ 68,800 to $80,300 per year.

Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
